THE BRAND CHALLENGE
‘Orchard’s Pan Pacific boasts a sanctuary of groundbreaking architectural design. Four spaces inspired by nature - Lush Forest, Majestic Beach, Decadent Garden and Tranquil Cloud - they fuse seamlessly to provide exceptional experiences through the hotels unique environments.
We need help designing Florette; a cocktail, champagne and oyster bar located in the Garden Terrace. The brand, and the cocktail menu specifically should draw inspiration from the distinct characteristics of the hotel's four natural spaces. The menu should feel like a journey through nature, harmonising the elements of the hotel's architecture with a sophisticated drinking experience.’
THE NATURAL
DESIGN SOLUTION
Florette’s luxurious space is glamorously outfitted to live up to its namesake: the Roman goddess of flowers.
Expanding on the bars branding we created a botany style emblem. Loosely taking on the visual of a compass encouraging you to explore your surroundings.
For the cocktail menu we drew inspiration from the four natural environments within the hotel’s concept.
Seamlessly immersing guests into the enchanting world of botanicals with a carefully curated selection of cocktails guests are invited to embark on a journey through nature:
ROOT - SHOOT - FLOWER - FRUIT
We created a modern take on a visual botany guide, graphically illustrating and hand painting one specific flavour profile per cocktail.
Whether slurping oysters or harpooning olives, your mind will be bursting with botanics whilst perusing for your next tipple.
