THE BRAND CHALLENGE

‘Art is often seen as expensive and inaccessible but I want to change that. I want to make art easily available to anyone and everyone who wants to experience it’s power. In doing so, I also want to make it easier for artists to connect with their admirers.

Lazuli was born from the passion of art and people, and the desire to build a strong relationship between the two. I need a brand that pairs them seamlessly.’

THE DESIGN SOLUTION

Lazuli wanted to stand out as an approachable art dealer and art lover. Creating an abstract, minimalist, gender-neutral face was a perfect way to symbolise art and people.

Founder, Julies’ passion for art and equality are boundless, this encouraged Lazuli’s diverse nature. It was essential not to limit ourselves to a logo too structured, so we have created numerous expressions and features that symbolise Lazuli’s mission to inspire anyone and everyone to own art. The most structured part of our logo is our word-mark, it forms a nod to the pupil of the Lazuli eye; the art of seeing.
